About Me

In 1999, I was invited to try a line dance class being held at my workplace.  I was hooked from the first lesson!  I started teaching my own classes in 2009, and have since taught in many venues from beginner to advanced level.  I've hosted many workshops in New England, and made amazing dance friends all over the world.   I've had the privilege of teaching at workshops as far away as South Carolina and on a cruise ship in Alaska!  In memory of my mom, who passed away with Alzheimer's Disease in 2012, I've hosted five DANCE TO REMEMBER workshops, raising over $20,000 for the Alzheimer's Association.

I've dabbled a little in choreography and you can find my dances by searching on Copperknob

While my passion is in teaching the more advanced contemporary dances, nothing makes me happier than helping beginners find the love of dance!    Teaching line dances at birthday parties, hoe-downs and company parties is a blast!  I'm always looking forward to the next workshop, the next new dance, and the next new dance friend!
